Broken MCP Agent

Hello Teams,

it seems we have many MCP Agents which are not working as expected, not installed correctly and some times found not redirecting to cloud proxy. 

is there anyway to identify such devices and how to get them fix via ePO only without engaging end users

If you can remotely access the user's registry, you can look at HKLM\Software\McAfee\MCP\About to see the settings.  That display should match up with the About McAfee Client Proxy application display.
