I too have received the SQL query and this seems to have fixed this issue....

Has anyone else had issues with downloaded HTML reports not displaying after extracting the report from the compressed file?  Users in my environment are reporting that the HTML reports are not viewing properly at all and I've verified this.  The content is there, but it's not shown.  Instead, it just shows that the report had errors when displaying the information.  Is anyone else having this issue?
