I concur with John. If you are in the U.S. or otherwise only a few timezones away from Texas, you'll get much better support for MVM over the phone. I don't know what to advise folks in other countries.
Did you ever open a Service Request for this? To really see how the credentials are being used and possibly rejected you can enable a logging tweak via a registry setting.
1) Run Regedit
2) go to
** if the key "Tweaks" doesn't exist, create it. **
3) Create the following DWORD Value:
LogWamDWORD Value 'ff'
4) Re-run the scan
5) check the logs and search for the user specified in the credentials record.
If you're still having problems, open a Service Request and attach the verbose logs from the above test. You can PM me the SR # and I will help out if I can.
