Update failed


After a successful installation of Foundstone 6.8. I used FoundScan Register for an activation key to Evaluation via email. My problem is I can not do the update using Update FoundScan, probably because of the Update Server authentication. Which user I use? thank you for your help

The licensing team should have sent you that log on informaiton when they sent you your licensing key. If they didn't send them an email and I'm sure they will send it to you right away.
