Maximum number of scan engines ???

Jump to solution

Is there any limit on the number of scan engines that are supported in either the FCM or in the management portal?

Currently running v7.0.3

Thanks

Sean

I've heard of customers having 200+ engines.  We have just over 100.  I think the main limitation is database contention.  MVM 7.0 with it's new architecture meaning the ability to install a scan controller to service multiple scan engines that don't have controllers will help cut down the contention for database resources.
