Keep getting this error, have tried clear cache and used different browsers but still doesn't work.

McAfee pushed a patch for 7.5.9 that affected the foundstone DB for some users. I was instructed to contact support by phone for the hotfix. After applying the hotfix, I had to re-apply the 7.5.9 patch and everything is working again.
