Re: Installation MVM 7.5 on SQL Server 2012?

Firstly, you have to install the Microsoft SQL 2012 Native Client on the MVM Server, also check the permission of your windows account for the installation. if you still receive the same error message, I can suggest two options for the issue. You can install only Database component of the MVM on the SQL server and without the Database component on the MVM Server. if this doesn't work, you can Install the MVM v7.5 with the SQL 2008 R2 on the same server. When you complete the installation, please update the MVM software to the latest version and then you can copy the Faultline database and the faultline user to the MS SQL 2012. When you copied and attached the Faultline database to the SQL 2012, you can change the database settings from the MVM Console. After all steps done, you can uninstall the SQL Server from the MVM Server.
