I have upgraded my FS1000 to version 6.8, I'm not sure if it was the reason, but now I don't have the sub-menus under Remediation and Threats. I've made some tests to make sure that it wasn't because I hadn't opened tickets, but I have received e-mail to inform that I had opened tickets and the menu Remediation and Threats didn't show anything.
I only can see information about Overview, Hot it works and Benefits.
What can I do to enable the ticket view?
Have you requested and applied your license from email@example.com ?
If you did apply it already, it's possible they didn't enable the Remediation & Threats, so you will need to re-request it. Be sure to let them know it's missing those modules. I belive they are pay-for modules, so unless your grant # shows you've purchased them, they will not cut the license for it.

Depends on which version you upgraded from. To troubleshoot the issue, please open a Service Request as I originally suggested. This isn't something that can be easily answered in a community forum.
I received the new license code and not worked. I have upgraded the version 6.5 to 6.8, probably I have forgot some specific configuration or it is a upgrade problem that occurred with my appliance.

I have applied the new license file that I received from the McAfee Support and now the Remediation option is working Ok!
