After an upgrade from MVM 6.7 to 6.8 we cant manage our FS850 from the FS1000 website.
We get these error messages.
The Enterprise manager was unable to authenticate to the appliance.
The Enterprise Manager was unable to connect to the appliance on the port specified (FS IP adress:0).
The appliance may be shutdown or in the process of rebooting, or a network configuration isssue may be preventing
We have checked the firewall settings with our network team and also the network configuration on the FS850 servers.
Need help with this.
There can be a few reasons for this but it's going to require a support case to sort out. Please open up a case and put the SR number in this post and I'll follow up on this.
