winzip19-wz.exe file could not be deleted

I installed WinZio 22 yesterday. Today's McAfee scan has two results - winzip19-wz.exe and winzip19-wz.exe(1) files "could not be deleted."
I did the recommended restart and another full scan, but  issue still persists. I cannot find either files using Windows 10 File Explorer. Any advice?

@mark_va_usa

There is a good posibility that these files are hidden. Assuming you have Windows 10, please follow the steps in the link bellow to view hidden files.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4028316/windows-view-hidden-files-and-folders-in-windows-10

If you still don't see the files, please contact McAfee support: https://service.mcafee.com

Sanjay, my File Explorer was alreay set up to see hidden files. So your solution didn't work.
