Zero problems detected but Trojans present

Jump to solution

I ran a full scan on my desktop and it detected 7 trojans and 3 potentially unwanted programs. However, the scan reported that no problems were detected. How can I identify and delete these trojans and programs?

Double-click or right-click your taskbar icon to open SecurityCenter

Click Navigation

Scroll down and click Quarantined and Trusted Items.

They should be listed in one of those areas - click to expand.

Unless you reading the report linked off the main page which tends to be a general synopsis of what's been happening over a period of time, in which case they could already have been deleted.
