I tried to check "dont scan my emails" so it would free up TB but am unable to view entire screen to check "apply". ...so Im stuck with a "freezing TB" every time I try to access and read emails. Help??
You don't give many details. What operating system is this, service pack if any, what is wrong - no OK or Apply button visible or are they greyed out?
What screen resolution are you using? (Thinking of the new 12.1 version which requires a minimum 1024 X 768).

I gave more details to another possible problem solving site, "get satisfaction". Sorry. Using windows 7, highest resolution possible. Apply button not visible as the page cuts off.Probably an issue with my computer as opposed to a Mcafee issue
