Motherborad was replaced, how do I activate my software again?

Hi

I need some help,before june 2010, I activated Antivirus plus on my laptop and it works.

In June, my laptop broke, and it was replaced motherboard, then every software looks ok but  Antivirus plus notice "Deactivated".

I download and reinstall Antivirus plus on my account, but it still "Deactived", and in my Subscription alert "over limited".

Now, I install on CD with the old key, but it couldn't activate.

How should I do?

Hi,

I just happened to verify your account details and found that the software I now installed on a machine. When you open security center does it say;

·         Not activated/Registered

·         Your software is deactivated

Please be specific on the above as both are two different scenarios.

Antivirus Plus can't avtivate.

Hi,
Please run the removal tool from here
http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe  and restart the computer
Try activating the products using the same product key , it shoulsd work this time,

Please let me know if any issues on the same.
