Help. A popup came on and said that McAfee had detected a Trojen and that I had to restart my computer to allow McAfee to eliminate the Trojen. I did this; and now I can not turn on auto virus protection and I can not scan for viruses. This happened right after I opened an email from UPS that said that they tried to deliver something yesterday and I was not home. I clicked on the more info. Just then the popup appeared telling me to restart my computer. Help.

Depending on what McAfee software you are running, I would suggest logging a call with Technical Support (Consumer or Corporate ass appropriate).
Please have the name and version of your McAfee product to hand as well as a GRANT number if you are a corporate customer.
