Full Security Scan

Hi guys, it s been a couple of days i m trying to run a full scan but it s still at 0%. Now it seems it s slowing down every function of my laptop. But i m currently trapped, because every time i try to open mcafee it s both very slow and furthermore when i try to stop the scan it doesn t get through. Any help please?

{P.S. i ve a LENOVO ideapad 310 with Windows 10}

Please run the Mcafee Virtual Technician (MVT) and see if it helps in improving scan progress. http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?lc=1033&id=TS101111

You may also reinstall the product by following the steps below if issue persists.
