False positive detection

Jump to solution

Greetings,

We have a problem with one of our executables being flagged as malware. I've already sent emails to whitelist this file, but the file is still detected by virustotal. This is the link to virustotal:

https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/d6cb254ef951c99467858f2b748ad28c6cb9ce52340ab51073bf2633feaf6866/d...

It is flagged as Artemis!DFEC905519B2  or Artemis!Trojan.

The last analysis ID was 10634060 and the automated analysis was not able to confirm that it is no malware. This was not the first time trying to whitelist the file, so i kindly ask for help.

Thank you,

Martin

Guess the executable is no longer flagged as malware by any of the AV's on Virus Total. Could you please select Accept as Solution in my reply and together we can help other members?
