FALSE POSITIVE DETECTION

We have a problem with one of our commercial executables being flagged as malware.

I've already sent several emails to whitelist this file, but the file is still detected by McAfee Endpoint Security and virustotal.

Analysis ID: 10804582

It is flagged as Artemis!0C9FABF7E577 or Artemis.

The last analysis ID was 10804582 and the automated analysis was not able to confirm that it is no malware.

This was not the first time trying to whitelist the file, so i kindly ask for help.

Ok I have forwarded this onto a n Malware area contact I have access to. See if that helps

The software was on the white list for only two days.

Since this morning, it has been detected again as a Artemis!0C9FABF7E577 or Artemis, which means we have not solved anything.

I think I will have to solve the problem by legal means, because I do not see any other way to get any feedback or contact McAfee customer support.

Even Virustotal does not recognize us as malware.

New Analysis ID: 10809993

Please, help if you can.
