MVT says that everything is ok and the logs show everything as checking good. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing it?  I am running XP Home with SC version 9.15 and Virus Scan Version 13.15. This just started a few days ago on this computer but the other one does not have any error message. I have changed nothing nor loadd anything.

Thanks,

Ron

Re: Error on bootup

Hi Ron65,

Could you please provide the following information:

What is the computer’s operating system?
Were you using any previous versions of mcafee on this computer ?
Open security center, click  ‘about’ (to the right pane) and post the version of all the products
And the session id of MVT.

Regards,
Dinesh K
