When II open McAfee and attempt to run a scan, a message box pops up saying :
per troubleshooter - attempted to run updates for windows 7, 2 updates were available, tried to download both, only one successful.
searched online community - found i could possibly uninstall and then reinstall to correct issue(https://community.mcafee.com/message/14656)6
upon further research in mcafee troubleshooter, discovered that I may experience difficulty reinstalling my subscription that I just purchased 2 days ago. (SecurityCenter - 1-year subscription).
in addition, youtube videos no longer play, whereas before this issue they did. Unsure if this is directly related.
not sure what to do next.
Im using a Dell operating on Windows 7.
There are no other security software systems installed on the computer.

You can try to run Mvt from top of this page under useful links.Then click technical support.That should bring you to the page you need.
