Automatic scan reports Trojans found, but I can’t not locate the offending files.

Dear McAfee,
Recently one of my McAfee Total Protection 2010 licenses ran an automatic virus scan and found two Trojans. That is awesome, but now, how can I tell where (directories and file names) were they found? Also, where can I see quarantined files? Is there a log that keeps track of the offending files/programs? I need to know the details, such that I can identify potentially troublesome applications, downloads, etc. Please, help!

Thanks

JC
