However, if you prefer to self remediate you can attempt to do so by running GetSusp or Stinger as an effort to clean and quarantine the file.
You should review your local user temp directories, start-up folders, task folders, and other commonly exploited locations for the source files of the negative behavior you're experiencing. If you collect expected samples, you can submit them as a sample to McAfee via the instructions in KB68030.
