I have 2laptops with a Trojan on them how would I fix that or get help with it?

@Trojanneedhelp If you have need of assistance with an infected machine or undetected malware, our first advice would be for you to call our Business Support mainline at 800-937-2237 in order to speak to an available Malware technician for assistance.

However, if you prefer to self remediate you can attempt to do so by running GetSusp or Stinger as an effort to clean and quarantine the file.

You should review your local user temp directories, start-up folders, task folders, and other commonly exploited locations for the source files of the negative behavior you're experiencing. If you collect expected samples, you can submit them as a sample to McAfee via the instructions in KB68030.

Without more description of the behavior you're seeing and more specifics around your concern, I can't give more effective assistance or suggestions.
