port 8082 is already in use

Hi . I have installed MacAfee Agent but it is giving me message that port 8082 is already in use. What should I do?

One thing more  I already have mcaffe 8.5 and I am trying to upgrade it to 8.7 should I first uninstall 8.5 then install 8.7 or it will upgrade it.

Yep, It's best to do a full uninstall of VirusScan 8.5i AND the McAfee agent before installing VirusScan 8.7i.. It should install it's version of the McAfee agent, after which you could then update to the most recent version.
