I would suggest submitting the application to our Labs team so they can officially whitelist it for you:
https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB85567
If this was a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) detection, see this article:
https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB50383
However, if the detection name contains the word 'Artemis', then please review Global Threat Intelligence (GTI) settings, as found in this article:
https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB70130
Note: To avoid most false-positive GTI detections, lower the heuristic sensitivity level to "Very Low" (or Disabled).
Also, if "AKM345.exe" was developed in-house for commercial purposes, consider signing-up for McAfee's Whitelisting Program, as described here:
https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB85568
Finally, if you use separate On-Access Scanner policies for Default, Low-Risk, and High-Risk Processes, then add "AKM345.exe" to your Low-Risk Processes policies, and ensure the policy is sufficiently relaxed to avoid future detections.
Hope this info helps.
