errors on VSE for storage server

We have VSE for storage ver 1.3

Every now and then we see the below random errors on the filer logs

6/3/2019 15:19:10   mcso3fas31-3     ERROR         Nblade.vscanConnBackPressure: For Vserver "Filername", AV server "xx.xx.xx.xx is too busy to accept new scan requests.

6/3/2019 15:01:28   mcso3fas31-3     ERROR         Nblade.vscanConnBackPressure: For Vserver "Filername", AV server "xx.xx.xx.xx " is too busy to accept new scan requests.

Checked the VSE for storage logs and could see at other times the files from the filer are getting scanned properly by VSE for storage

Could not see any know issue or kb article relevant to the issue

Re: errors on VSE for storage server

If the scan server is too busy to accept new scan requests there could be a number of things causing this. Ultimately though the scan server can't keep up with the workload  and hence  you see the errors.

We would suggest performing a general review of your policies and environment.

Can you share some details about the appliance in use, so I can provide relevant KBs for you to check?
