We are running VirusScan Enterprise + AntiSpyware Enterprise 8.7.0i managed agent on Windoes Server 2008 R2 Enterprise SP1 x64 which has a faulting application "EngineServer.exe" which occurs approx twice per day (See attached screenshot). Has anybody experienced this error before and know how to stop it crashing? Our scan engine is 5400.1158 and the DAT is from 11/06/12 version 6739.0000
Even though McAfee Virtual Technician gave it a clean bill of health, I have subsequently run "Repair Installation" and have not received anymore errors so it looks like it has fixed the issue which apparently wasn't there.
