endpoints failed to report properties to ePO after ePO upgrade.

endpoints failed to report properties to ePO after ePO upgrade.

Issue:

After our ePO upgrade few endpoints failed to update their properties to ePO which are under a faulty Agent handler. We have tried to re-install Agent handler but still few agents left on faulty and cannot communicate AH or ePO.

We tried to re-install McAfee Agent but issue not resolved.

Workaround:

If uninstall VSE & McAfee Agent, reboot server and re-install VSE & Agent then endpoint started communication with ePO.

As checked on MER log it shows Curl <7> error but endpoint is successfully communicating after re-installation of VSE.

Any solution to resolve such issue. Already logged case but support delaying and not providing any solution.

 VSE 8.8 Patch 10; McAfee Agent 5.0.6; ePO 5.9.1; SQL 2012 sp4

mpasupuleti2003,

I had similar issues with p9 and p10 and the 5.0.6.x Agent.  5.5.0.x appears to have resolved them.  Have you tested with 5.5 Agent?
