RE: agent communivation

What's the enforecment interval setting on the ePO Agent policy settings for that client ?

Have you tried forcing out a new agent installation ?

RE: agent communivation

Search the Directory in ePO for the machine - if it's tallking to ePO it will be there.

If you find it then check/reset the policy as required.

If you still don't find it then add the machine and force out a new agent installation to it with the correct policy settings.

Some times, it's helpful to do a reinstallation in a different directory.

RE: agent communivation

My experience with ePO 4 is limited but in 3.6.1, when you locate the device or group in question, right click on it and click Send Agent Install...

You have the option to change the installation path which I change to <PROGRAM_FILES_DIR>\McAfee2\Common Framework

RE: agent communivation

It's shown in the system information - or alternatively you can move all your "test" machines with the different path into a seperate group/site structure to keep them manageable together.
