By "Back Out", May I know if you are referring to "Roll Back" action? if yes, Can you please check the log files present in "C:\Windows\Temp" folder (for ePO Deployment failure) or User temp location (%temp% for manually deployment done locally) to investigate the issue and identify the cause?
