Is there a more reliable service to which we can connect for conducting repository mirroring? If so would you provide more information about entitlement and credentialing requirements?
Is there a direct way to notify someone responsible for the failing server unit?
We run a repository mirror task. It fails every couple of months, the mirror task stalling for the duration of a day to a week. A typical failure looks like this (from C:\ProgramData\McAfee\Agent\logs\marepomirror.log)
At some point, the server side gets reset and all is routine for a month or two, then the mirroring stalls again. Using Sysinternals > tcpview.exe -- I see that we receive this via a content distribution network, our node is typically something like: akamai-#######.com
Vetting the URL above via curl.exe or invoke-webrequest indicates that the server-side is forcibly closing the connection.
