The reasons for DAT showing 1111 can be many. This is usually caused by a dll injection preventing the DAT update or a network issue preventing the update from happening.
I can see some extensive work has gone on within the SR. I would advise to keep working with the owner of your case so that the root cause can be found and the issue resolved. Here we would just be guessing at reasons - and as I said above - there can be many reasons for this issue.
