VSE Self-Protection/Self-Recovery

Jump to solution

/Hello Guys,

I am wondering to know that "Are there anyway to protect VSE against changes or modifies done in the Safe Mode (i.e MS-Windows 7) ? "

Note: I interested to have some notification mail (for example) about services are not running properly or VSE is modified or damaged.

In a word I can say that some health-checking/Self-Recovery is required to check the Health/Performance of which application installed.

Any idea would be helpful.

Best Regards.

If you mean "Safe mode only" option, then no, there are no protections.

If you mean "Safe mode with networking" then yes, protections are already in place (assuming you are using a recent patch).

I think we would be breaking a governing rule of Safe Mode if we were to load protections in the Safe Mode only environment.
