VSE 8.8 patch 7 BSOD - RDR_FILE_SYSTEM

I have deployed VSE 8.8 patch 7 to a pilot group and 3 of the machines (out of 30 or so) are experiencing system crashes that produce a BSOD.  It is a STOP 27 error RDR_File_SYSTEM and mentions FLTMGR.SYS.  I have collected MERs and a kernel dump, but support needs a complete dump analyzed by Microsoft to prove they are in the stack.  I have not be able to get the complete dump file created.  Is anyone else seeing this issue?  I know these particular users have offline files enabled with Sync Center and the BSOD is happening when they are saving one of those files to the network drive.  Has anyone else experienced this yet?  This is happening on both Windows 10 and Windows 7.

What was the SR# for your Support engagement?

If you have not already done so, please add the dump file to the service request (zip the file first please)

Just for information there was a similar issue on an earlier patch level, allthough that mentions mfehidk.
