Hi,
I am trying to install "McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.8" But it provide the below error. Users use Windows 7 Enterprise x64 and Windows 10 x64 version.
Below software are installed already
McAfee Agent 5.0.5.658
McAfee Drive Encryption 7.1.3.547\
As other software are installing, please let me know why VSE 8.8 fails to complete the installation.

I am able to install McAfee VSE in two machines after deleting first registry. Second regsitry path deleted automatically once first one deleted
Registry Path | |||
HKCR\Installer\Products\6B1D51EC6B91D4D4F834FCD5C23365FF | ProductName | REG_SZ | McAfee VSE |
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\6B1D51EC6B91D4D4F834FCD5C23365FF | ProductName | REG_SZ | McAfee VSE |
Thanks everyone for helping me. I will let you know in case of any further issues

Not sure why it's failing to install while other installs are successful; perhaps it has to do with a GPO, UAC or Local Policy on msi vs exe install. Have you tried to run the software setup file as an administrator?
Use an administrator account for the install
I already tried using ":Run As Administrator". Also Dis joined the machine from Domain and VSE installation fails with same error in Workgroup as well.
Not sure if this will assist:
