installed 8.7i sp1, then ran sp2 patch, then installed antispyware module, still the same
Since you have version 8.7i installed, which is a corporate version, it's better to post your issue in the "Business" forums. Check here
Although it is recommended that you post the question to the correct forum, the solution to the issue is most likely a Scan Engine upgrade
Please go to http://mysupport.mcafee.com and click Search the Knowledge Base.
Search for article KB67130, which suggests to either disable the option to Scan for Cookies or upgrade to the 5400 engine.
A 5400 engine superdat can be downloaded from http://www.mcafee.com/apps/downloads/security_updates/engines.asp?region=uk&segment=enterprise
