Slow right clicking with VSE 8.8 on server 2008

Hi All

I have an isolated secure network .  On one (possibly more) of our machines when we right click on a folder in file explorer it takes ages for the menu to come up. (Server 2008 R2 )

Turning off agent on the same machine and the menu then comes up instantly.

Would anyone know what process I need to add to exclusions so that this delay is not there when agent is running?

Unfortunately VSE has reached End of life and is out of support now.

Also Server 2008 R2 is announced EOL by Microsoft as well. 

We request you to upgrade to ENS and see if the issue persists. 

For 2008 R2 servers, ENS is supported but you may needed to have extended licenses.
