Receiving Failed to initialize common update subsystem error with VSE 8.8.0.1445 and MA 5.0.2.188

Loaded a number of workstations and laptops with WIN 7 (64 bit) as test machines with MA 5.0.2.188 and VSE 8.8.0.1445 from a 5.3.0 ePO Server. All loaded well and is running DAT updates and polices. When I open the VSE console on any of the systems and try to start an Autoupdate I receive the message...."Failed to initialize Common Updater subsystem. Make sure the McAfee Framework Service is running. McAfee common Framework returned error fffff95b @2 .    I took a look at the suggested KB articled KB57899 which refers to a common framework folder and files.  When one installs the MA 5.0.2 agent it does not populate a c:\program files (x86)\mcafee\common framework as one experienced with MA 4.8.x.  The manual updater is not running due to missed files where it is use to find its .dll's    Any suggestions as it appears MA 5.0.2 is loading up in the 64 bit world.

Re: Receiving Failed to initialize common update subsystem error with VSE 8.8.0.1445 and MA 5.0.2.188

I found that if I removed MA 5.0.2.188 from the ePO server with a request to remove agent on next check in and then re-installed the new 5.0.2.188 agent from the ePO sever I was succesful in getting the autoupdate in the virus scan console to operate with out fail.... Bob
