Possible Trojan

My bosses laptop has shutdown unexpectedly in what looks like a denial of service attach shutdown.

In the event log there are a number of warning as follows:

Event ID: 40961
Source: LsaSrv
Type: Warning
Description: The Security System could not establish a secured connection with the server DNS/ns0-w.dns.pipex.net. No authentication protocol was available.

She has McAfee 8.7 with today's DAT (14 July) installed and HIPS with the Firewall/IPS/App Bloc turned on.

Anyone else see this or know what it could be? The laptop has no connection with pipex.net.

Thanks.
