Not able to open/rename file "instructions"

I usually receive some document files via mail containing word " instructions" and same gets blocked by the McAfee VSE. Also if i try to rename any file to "instructions" that is also denied. Is there any way out to this?

Hi jagadeeshp....

I went through the VSE logs and found that this keyword "instructions" was being blocked as per the rules created in ePO.

Thanks for this

Re: Not able to open/rename file "instructions"

Please check the rule that is used to block the file in access protection log. i suggest you to verify the email senders authenticity and then try to open the file.

Re: Not able to open/rename file "instructions"

Hi,

step 1>> check your access protection log

step 2>> check you product either VSE or EPS

step 3>> change access protection policy (For VSE: Policy catalog >> go to drop down menu choose vse from product  >> and choose access protection from category dorp down menu >> click on access protection policy and edit policy)

for more information see on screenshot belowaccess protection.JPG
