muchas gracias, otra pregunta:

como encuentro el Grant number de mi producto ó como lo consigo?

y por otra parte de casualidad alguien tendra (Patch 2 for VirusScan Enterprise (VSE) 8.7i), que creo yo que instalandolo ya no tendria problemas.
