Microsoft Word problems

I have VSE 8.7 + ePolicy 4. Sometimes, client computers can't access Word document, which blocks while requests antivirus scan.

Is there any way to effectively disable Word protection?

This is what I tried (actual configuration):
- Buffer overflow protection: Off

On-Access Default Processes Policies
- Find unknown macro threats: Off
- Find unknown unwanted programs and trojans: Off
- Files to scan: all files

Any ideas?

change your files to scan from all files, to default - or if you want to take the gamble, you can add DOC or DOCX to the do not scan/ignore list. I have about a dozen entries in the ignore list myself, things like image and movie formats, and a few DB formats.
