McAfeeLogs ETL files

Hi, one of my users said they are low on disk space and while searching her HD, I noticed in the Windows - Temp - McAfeeLogs folder there are many log files amounting to 70.6 GB. Can I safely delete these files? Any help would be appreciated - thanks

That is concerning and not expected.  Yes you may delete them without issue.
The concern would be that an install might be perpetually running.

Yes, I did proceed to delete the files. It is a random occurrence on our network.
