Thank you for reporting this. this is expected as Patch 14 has over taken and Patch 13 download has been pulled buy us.

However, If You can help me with a Service Request and share the number, I can get a link created for your Grant# which you can use for downloading Patch 13.

Hi @User63913563 

You will only find the latest version of the product on our Downloads Page. If for some reason you need an older version, you will need to raise a Service Request for the same.
