Many exe / MSP / MSI files vs McAfee McShield OnAccessScanLog.txt

Hello,

We have some troubles with many exe files and many MSP and MSI files , located inside C:\Windows\Installer, and McShield try to analyse them them, but the Time Out configured for McAfee (45 sec) stop the analyse.

We have the traces inside OnAccessScanLog.txt, and many times per day.

And of course during this kind of periods, the computer is very slow.

Why each time a exe file is executed,  the McShield try to analyse the MSP and MSI files located inside C:\Windows\Installer ?

Regards
