Issue - On-Access Scan disabled

Hello Everyone,


I have several machines here that I am trying to get VSE to run on; however, I keep running into the error that On-Access Scan is disabled. When I go into the VirusScan Console and right-click the On-Access Scanner item and try to click Enable or select On-Access Scanner and click the green play button nothing happens and it stays disabled.

The laptop is running:
Windows 10 Enterprise on Version 1809
McAfee Agent is version
VSE + AntiSpyware Enter is version
DAT version is 1111.0000


Any and all help would be appreciated, if there is anything else that is needed please let me know.

Hi, I can't help but notice DAT version is 1111.0000 which means that either VSE is in a very unhealthy state or the DAT Update task hasn't been run. Based on the other behaviour stated, it sounds like the installation may be corrupt. Were these fresh installations or upgrades? Was a reboot performed after the installation?
