Having translated the text, it looks like the scheduling on the On Demand Scan task is set to allow the end user to defer it.

The setting you are looking for is in the On Demand Scan task itself. On the "performance" tab. There is an option to allow the end user to defer the scan, which in your case is presumably ticked. If you do not want users the option to defer the scan, you should uncheck the box.
