Installing HotFix 1230882

I am running ePO 5.9.1 (build 251) and VSE 8.8 P11 (build 8.8.9.1982). I am trying to install patch 1230882 to resolve the Windows message that VSE is turned off and out of date.

I tried to install it via ePO, but the client task end with an error "Client run task message expired."

If I try and install it manually as described in the release notes, it tells me it is already installed. The build number doesn't reflect it's installation and I am still gettin the message referenced above.

The target workstation I am testing with is Windows 10 Enterprise 1803 with current updates.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Eric, you can find the hotfix number via the system tree --> select your system --> choose products --> select virusscan enterprise and scroll to "General " and there you can find "fixes".
