Howto McAfee VirusScan Command Line for Linux

Hello guys i need your Help how to setup  McAfee VirusScan Command Line for Linux to run an Offline Scan with some Workstation(Linux and Windows). Basically i run  Linux Live in each workstation  and i install McAfee VirusScan Command Line for Linux.  The Software is installed in the default Folder /usr/local/uvscan/

I have downloaded the Dat and the extradat file to update the definition but what i need to know if i have only to move the dat and the extradat files into  /usr/local/uvscan/ folder or i have to run some command to update the definition?
