Re: How to stop scanner on VSEL 1.9.1

Hello @User16096767 ,

Thank you for writing, We could use "/etc/init.d/nails stop" to stop the VSEL services but when you would say that it is uninstalled, could we please try checking the install location to validate any remnants under "/opt/NAI/LinuxShield/".

Also was the server rebooted after the VSEL was removed just to see if the remnants could be flushed.

Was my reply helpful?
