I would recommend reaching out to customer and have a support ticket created (with a temporary Grant#) and they should be able to get you through this.

I would request you to help us with the following details: Publicly downloadable link for your software (you can create a support ticket where you can also upload the sample securely too)
With the above details I should be able to get this as soon as possible.
