False positive of our software


We are a software company and McAfee recently detects our installers like Artemis!4FCB6325850B and Artemis!2387742EBA5F.

We are sure it’s a mistake and our software is clean. But our customers refuse to buy and we lose money. 

Who should I connect to remove these detection?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We regret any inconvenience caused. This would require a support ticket to have this investigated via McAfee labs. I would recommend reaching out to customer and have a support ticket created (with a temporary Grant#) and they should be able to get you through this.

In the meantime, to avoid wasting time on this, let me see if I can reach out internally to McAfee Labs and have this corrected.

I would request you to help us with the following details:
Publicly downloadable link for your software (you can create a support ticket where you can also upload the sample securely too)

Publisher Name:

Software Name:

Application purpose:

With the above details I should be able to get this as soon as possible.
